How do I initiate a return or replacement?

We accept returns up to 30 days after the original delivery date. The returned items must not be used or damaged.

If you are a registered user on Sunbrella.com click here to sign into your account, locate the order, and initiate the return.

If you checked out as a guest, click here, fill out the information requested to access your order, and initiate your return.

Note that we are not accepting returns on samples or cleaning products. All sample and cleaning product sales are final.
