Some Sunbrella fabrics have a coating that provides strong water and stain resistance.
If you notice your finish gradually wearing off, try applying a few drops of water to the fabric. If the water beads up and rolls off, the finish remains intact. However, if the water soaks into the fabric, we suggest cleaning the item thoroughly and then reapplying Sunbrella Restore™ Fabric Protector & Repellent.
