Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date for bags, throws, and drapery, provided the items are in new condition. Used or damaged items will not be accepted. Sales of cleaning products are final and nonreturnable. However, if a cleaning product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. All refund requests are subject to review by Glen Raven Consumer Solutions.
