How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date for bags, throws, and drapery, provided the items are in new condition. Used or damaged items will not be accepted. All cleaning product sales are final and cannot be returned. If your cleaning product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed by Glen Raven Consumer Solutions. To start the return process, you need to access your order.

If you are a registered user on Sunbrella.com click here to sign into your account, locate the order, and start the return. If you checked out as a guest, click here, enter the requested information to access your order, and initiate your return.

After you submit your return request, our customer service team will review it and inform you of the status. If approved, you'll get an email with a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be received and processed after shipping. You'll receive an email confirmation once we get your items. When you see this confirmation, expect your refund within 2-3 business days. You'll also get an email when the refund is issued. Please allow up to a week for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
