How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date for bags, throws, and stocked drapery. The returned item must be in new condition. We will not accept used or damaged items.

All cleaning product sales are final and not eligible for returns. If your cleaning product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement product within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are subject to review by Glen Raven Consumer Solutions.

To initiate the process, you must first access your order.

If you are a registered user on click here to sign into your account, locate the order, and initiate the return. If you checked out as a guest, click here, fill out the information requested to access your order, and initiate your return.

Once received, our customer service team will review your request and notify you of your return status. If your return is authorized, you will receive an email providing a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging.

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you ship your item(s) back for your return to be received and processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have been received.

Once you receive an email confirmation indicating your return has been received, you can expect to receive your refund in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please allow up to a week for your funds to be refunded to your original form of payment.
