Return Policy for Bags, Throws, and Window Treatments: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be in new condition; used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Return Policy for Fabric Samples: We do not accept returns on samples. All sales of samples are final.

Return Policy for Fabric by the yard: A $9.95 fee applies for returns, plus a 20% restocking charge deducted from the total purchase amount.

Return Policy for Cleaning Products: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. If your cleaning product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Refunds and replacements are subject to review by Glen Raven Consumer Solutions.
