We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be unused and undamaged. Registered users on Sunbrella.com can sign in, find their order, and start the return process. Guests can do the same by clicking here, submitting their order information, and initiating the return. Please note that we do not accept returns on samples or cleaning products, as all sales of these are final.
